The processing status means: We have received your order successfully and are sorting, preparing, packaging and process of sending it by shipping companies.

After delivery your order to the shipping company, we will email you a tracking number + tracking link which you can view the status of the shipment.

A tracking number may be emailed to you with a delay due to different reasons such as: not available ordered cases in our warehouses and waiting for recharged by the supplier or delay in preparing due to public holidays or delay in delivery to the shipping company and etc.


If your order has not been delivered to you after 40 to 50 days! Please make sure you send us an email so that we can check its status, because some orders are not delivered for various reasons such as: customs problems, local delivery problems, lost on the way or customs etc, and we don’t like that to happen.
