Sure! You have 24 hours after purchase to send us a cancellation request via ” Contact Us ” section and our team will cancel your order and refund the amount.
It is easy! you can email us within 24 hours after purchase and request to change the size of the ordered case and we will change it! But if you find out after receiving the order that you bought the wrong size, we will exchange it for you.
If you find that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address after purchase, please email us within 24 hours so that we can correct it before sending.
About Return Policy:
We will not take back the sold product and we will not resell it but:
Your order has been delivered and you don’t want it anymore or the received case did not meet your expectations. at this stage we want to surprise you because we don’t know any other store in the world that offers this feature to customers or not! But our customers can get another case completely free from us and keep the previous case or give it to someone else as a gift, This means that you will no longer spend your time for returning the product to our warehouses and you will not have the issue of shipping and other thing related to the return of a product.

The delivery time of the orders depends on the country and region you live in! and you can read the approximate delivery time of the orders on the ” shipping info ” page. But if more than 60 days have passed since your order and you still haven’t received it! please contact us so that we can track your order.
